Job content:

  1. Develop customers, follow up customer inquiries, screen and classify inquiry customers, and follow up and maintain;

  2. Quote products for customer inquiries, follow up on customer demand for products, and conduct business negotiations; close orders, follow up on product delivery, and ensure delivery according to the quality, quantity, delivery date, and transportation method required by customers;

  3. Strategically further develop your sales territories through planned customer acquisition and systematic new customer acquisition. Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with internal service and technical departments

  4. Regularly provide after-sales service and relationship maintenance to customers through emails, phone calls, etc., and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.

  5. Motivate and lead the sales team, define clear goals, track performance development, and provide necessary training and resources

  6. Travel locally to visit customers and participate in various exhibitions

Tenure Requirements:

  1. Countries recruited include: the United States, Japan, the UK, Canada, Germany, the USA, Italy, Australia, Denmark, Spain, France, South Korea, Brazil, Malaysia.

  2. Have certain knowledge of electronic components or electronics industry knowledge, and understand market trends and customer needs.

  3. Experience in electronic distribution industry is preferred.

Tenure Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in any major (electronic engineering or marketing major is preferred);

  2. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient use of English to communicate and negotiate with customers; have good communication, coordination and execution skills, and be quick and responsive, with a strong sense of responsibility;

  3. Experience in sales techniques and strategies, including presentation and negotiation skills;

  4. Strong learning ability and the spirit of active and continuous learning;

  5. Ambitious and passionate about electronics industry;

  6. Have good team spirit.

  7. More than 2 years experience in electronic component distribution and sales.Account Manager or Senior Sales Representative Also open to hire
